Round Tables on Cue

A request to help recover an old pool table came to our attention and we agreed to bring the table back to life, thus helping the social side of the activities within the Iona unit of St Francis school. YMCA

Pictured (L-R) are Jeff Fowkes (YMCA Chairman) and Eric Stallard (YMCA Secretary) receiving the cheque from Gordon McRae of Airdrie and District Round Table. We recently made a donation of 350 pounds to Airdrie YMCA to assist in funding the wide range of activities that the YMCA organises within the community. Activities include karate, gymnastics, chess, badminton and a disco for local youngsters and are open to all young people.

We recently hosted our 50th Charter dinner and were delighted to donate five hundred pounds to CHAS. This donation was recieved on their behalf by our current Area 51 Chariman, Colin Williams.
