On 23rd February 2008, 25 brave individuals (including quite a few of us tablers!!) raised over £6000 for the Spina Bifida Association by walking across 20 feet of broken glass, followed by 20 feet of burning embers at a temperature of 1386 degrees fahrenheit with no trickery or hypnosis.

This year the event was sponsored by the Round Table, Area 51 Central Scotland which means that every penny raised will go directly to Spina Bifida.
